Motherhood is one of those things that guarantees

Motherhood is one of those things that guarantees change. Through pregnancy, the different stages of your child’s growth, as well as growth within yourself as a Mom. Change is inevitable.

For some change is difficult but the more we embrace it the more we can enjoy it. I’m learning that myself. Some of the hardest changes can evolve into the most beautiful experiences. 💫

There are so many voices giving counsel to mothers

There are so many voices giving counsel to mothers on how to raise children. Just walking through bookstores, grocery stores, doctors offices, and “experts” on tv and online. Many of them say conflicting things making it overwhelming as a parent trying to do the right things.

It’s very important that we exercise discernment on the advice we take and most importantly the advice we use. Ask yourself is it aligned with the wisdom of God and consistent with the morals you believe in? It can all be so overwhelming however, you were chosen to Mother your child(ren) so God entrusted you to walk and guide them through life. Trust him and also trust yourself. None of us will do all the right things but no one is expecting you to. Seek him when times are tough. 💫

This pregnancy has been very different from my pre

This pregnancy has been very different from my pregnancy with Chan. The first 3-4 months were brutal and I felt as though I was barely functioning. I’m doing this a decade apart so being pregnant in my 20’s vs my 30’s proves that my body has definitely changed! Lol

However, I’m grateful for this body and all that it is undergoing. The changes it’s making to house my precious son to ensure he makes it into this world healthy. The sacrifices are worth it and even though my back is aching everyday and many nights I can’t get comfortable, I’m thankful for this journey. Pregnancy is beautiful and Motherhood is Magical!💫

We all have dreams and something we wish we could

We all have dreams and something we wish we could do that may not seem attainable at the moment. But that’s where the challenge comes in. Challenging ourselves takes us out of our comfort zone and can be scary, but how can we reach those dreams without stepping out in faith and doing something we’ve never done before? Challenge the impossible.

It’s officially CHANDLER WEEK!🎈🎉🥳
Celebrating my beautiful girl all week long as she approaches her 10th birthday! Wow! Can’t believe we’re here this quick! Motherhood can go from 0-100 real quick!

Each year around this special date I reflect on our journey, my journey as a Mom and all the things I’ve learned so far, failed at, mastered, and still figuring out. There’s nothing more extraordinary than watching your child grow into themselves as you loving guide them into each stage of life. Blessed is an understatement. I’m so proud and filled with joy. God is so good!

I’m so proud of my Triathlete! Watching all of h

I’m so proud of my Triathlete! Watching all of his training and dedication pay off in another race is so exciting. This Olympic triathlon consisted of 1,000 meter swim, 18 mile bike ride, and 5.5 mile run. We have been enjoying traveling for these races as a family. 🏊🏽‍♀️ 🚲 🏃🏾‍♂️

And Oh yea, that’s our baby boy poking through. Chandler B is going to be a big Sister!💙💙💙
